Any former
student seeking admission after an
absence of one to two years is required
to submit a new application form.
After two years of absence, students
seeking readmission must complete
the entire application process.
A student who has been placed on academic
probation is eligible to apply for
re-enrollment after one grade period
following the probation. Requests
for re-instatement must be addressed
in writing to the Admissions Committee.
All requests must be completed and
submitted to the Registrar's office
at least 30 days before registration
period starts. A re-admitted student
would be enrolled on academic probation.
If re-admission is granted, the student
must pay a re-admission fee in addition
to regular tuition and fees.
