Each applicant must submit the following documentations to the Office of Admissions, along with non-negotiable and non-refundable $100.00 application fee. All forms should be received by the Office of Admissions no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester in which the student seeks enrollment.

1. Application form for admission (The Package is available for downloading on “Download ” column in Admissions Category)
2. $100.00 non-refundable application fee
3. A brief autobiographical statement/personal statement of faith
4. Signed Biblical Foundations Statement
5. Official transcripts sealed
6. A recommendation letter
7. Two recent photos
8. A certified copy of his/her high school diploma
